Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a personal experience to receive one-on-one care. Individual therapy is an opportunity to heal, grow, and change from parts of your life that have been challenging.

Individual Therapy can also help guide growth and change. Individual therapy can help with issues regarding anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life changes and challenges, anger management, trauma, basic mental wellness, relationships issues, parenting concerns and challenges to name a few.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is an opportunity for the family, as a whole, to sit together and improve communication and process difficulties the family is struggling with. Therapy offers a neutral space to help family members speak and feel heard to improve relationships and set family rules and roles.

Family therapy can help with such issues as, divorce, remarriage, blended families, conflicts within family members, and parenting. Changes that affect the family unit as a whole, such as a move or change in job, or grief and loss or family members.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling can be for a pair of individuals in a relationship that are experiencing struggles or want to work on improving their relationship. Couples therapy looks at treating the relationship instead of treating the individuals.

Couples counseling can help give insight to the relationship to help foster a stronger happier relationship. EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables healing from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
